AINO.net online store ships internationally.

 

Shipments within European Union (EU) are delivered by GLS or UPS: shipping cost 25,00 €

 

Shipments within rest of Europe (i.e. non-EU) and rest the world by UPS or Finnish Post: shipping cost 35,00 €

 

 

UPS & GLS / Europe (EU countries)

UPS: If you are unavailable when UPS attempts delivery at your address, your shipment may be taken to your nearest UPS Access Point location for collection.

GLS: Recipients receive an email containing information about the upcoming delivery of GLS parcels.

Recipients are suggested a delivery time, or alternatively they can choose a new date for the delivery, or redirect the parcel

to a GLS ParcelShop.

Please note the delivery options can vary in different EU countries.

Estimated shipping & delivery time is 2-8 business days.

 

UPS & Finnish Post / Europe (non-EU) and rest of the world  

Shipments are delivered by UPS or Finnish Post in cooperation with Post’s international partnership network.

Please note the delivery options can vary in different countries.

If you are unavailable when UPS attempts delivery at your address, your shipment may be taken to your nearest UPS Access Point location for collection.

Estimated shipping & delivery time is 3-9 business days.

 

Please note that customers from non-EU countries are responsible for import customs and taxes.

 

 

Cancelling an order

If you want to cancel an order right after purchase and before we have sent it, please immediately contact us by email contact@aino.net or use the cancellation form below.

After the order is posted you need to return it as described in our Return Policy. You have a 14-day right of return, counted from the date you receive your order. Please notice you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

If a purchase sent to you is returned as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient

on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant.
