from the date you receive your order. You are welcome to either exchange the item purchased or receive a refund.


Items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition.

Please note that return shipping is paid by the customer.


Please ensure that you return orders with sufficient postage. In case we reserve returns where the postage is not paid at all or the

postage does not fully cover the return shipping costs, we will deduct these return shipping costs from the drawback amount.


When returning products customer are responsible for the risk of damages during return shipping.


When the returned item is received and accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method. 

The original shipping fee will also be returned, but a handling fee will be deducted from the refund. 

If you return only some of multiple items in the original order, we won’t refund shipping costs.


If you receive a wrong or a faulty item, we will compensate you for the delivery costs.
