To ensure your satisfaction with items sold by AINO.net online shop, we offer you a 14-day right of return, counted from the date you receive your order. 

 

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. AINO.net reserves the right to refuse a return if the product no longer matches a new, unused item.

 

Before returning your order contact us by email: contact@aino.net, or use the cancellation from at the bottom of this page.

 

Include your name and order number and list the items you want to return in this message to AINO.net. 

Once we have received your message, we will send you further instructions by email on how the return procedure unfolds.

 

Please note that return shipping is paid by the customer.

 

Please ensure that you return orders with sufficient postage. In case we reserve returns where the postage is not paid at all or the

postage does not fully cover the return shipping costs, we will deduct these return shipping costs from the drawback amount.

 

When returning products customer are responsible for the risk of damages during return shipping.

 

When the returned item is received and accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method. 

The original shipping fee will also be returned, but a handling fee will be deducted from the refund. 

If you return only some of multiple items in the original order, we won’t refund shipping costs.

If you receive a wrong or a faulty item, we will compensate you for the delivery costs.

Product exchange

Products ordered from our online store cannot be exchanged for another product. If you would like to change the size or colour

of a product, or exchange it for a different product, please return the item and place a new order.

If you need to return a product purchased on sale and the campaign has already ended, we will offer the replacement product

at the same price, if it is the same product.

Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order right after purchase and before we have sent it, please immediately contact us

by email contact@aino.net or use the cancellation form below.

 

After the order is posted you need to return it as described in our Return Policy. You have a 14-day right of return,

counted from the date you receive your order. Please notice you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

If a purchase sent to you is returned as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing.
