At AINO.net we take responsibility for sold items and for us Customer satisfaction is the number one priority.

Even so, something may go wrong.

 

Should you not receive your package or if an item was damaged in transport or if the item you ordered is wrong

or faulty, contact us immediately by email: contact@aino.net.

 

If the package was damaged in transport, a claim must also be made with the shipping company.

Please note that AINO.net will not compensate for damaged or lost packages.

The shipping company is liable to the consumer for damaged or lost packages during transporting.

 

Notifications of faulty items must be made within 14 business days of receiving your order. 

 

Finnish law will be applied to all disputes related to the AINO.net online store or to these User Agreement, Terms & Conditions.

 

 

Force Majeure

AINO.net shall not be liable to the Customer for not fulfilling the Terms due to causes which are beyond the control of AINO.net,

(such as war, acts of government, strikes, natural disasters or other causes of a similar nature) for the duration of such events.

 

In these cases, the Customer shall not have a right for compensation from AINO.net for breach of contract.
