Take good care of your clothes by washing them correctly
It is not always necessary to wash clothes unless they are stained. Often it is enough to hang your garment in clean air to freshen it up between uses.
Wash your clothes in cool water. For washable AINO clothing, the maximum temperature is 30 degrees (Celsius).
Always check the label on your item to make sure how to clean and care for it. You can find the label inside your AINO garment, attached to the side seam. For AINO coats, the label is inside the breast pocket.
Use a moderate amount of detergent, and always follow the dosing instructions given with the product. Too much detergent may affect the look of your garment and the cleaning result.
We do not recommend using fabric softener with clothing that contains elastane, for example.
Turning the garment inside-out when washing will protect its surface material. Remember to zip and button up your top before washing.
Remember to clean your washing machine, too, at least once a year!
There are several detergent powders and tablets available for cleaning the washing machine, but you may also choose to use citric acid which you can buy at the pharmacy:
Dose one bag (100 g) of citric acid in the detergent dispenser of the washing machine.
Choose the 90-degree washing cycle and run it empty without prewash.
At the end of the cycle, dose ordinary detergent in the dispenser and run the 60-degree cycle.
After the two cycles, clean the detergent dispenser, the lint filter and the rubber seals around the door of the machine. It is a good idea to clean the lint filter more often, perhaps every few months.
By following these instructions you’ll keep your clothing crisp and attractive for a long time!
